Akinwande Akinfolarin, MD
Dallas Nephrology Associates (DNA) welcomes Dr. Akinwande Akinfolarin, who joined our group practice in September 2017. Dr. Akinfolarin will be seeing patients at our Dallas Landry office.
In 2001, Dr. Akinfolarin received his medical degree while attending College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, in Oyo State, Nigeria. He completed his residency in 2006 at Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital (OAUTHC), in He Ife, Osun State, Nigeria and a residency in 2011 at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), in McKeesport, PA. In 2016, he completed his nephrology fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA. He is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology, is a member of the American Society of Nephrology and the American College of Physicians.
